Karachi Basketball Association (KBA) elections are underway today (Saturday) at the historic Faran Club, located near the National Stadium. This major event follows the recently completed scrutiny process, which determined club eligibility under the leadership of Ashfaq Ahmed, Chairman of the Karachi Basketball Scrutiny Committee.
Ashfaq Ahmed stated that the committee fairly evaluated all registered clubs and approved 16 of them for voting rights. “We finalized a list of 16 qualified clubs after a transparent review process,” he said. Election notices have already reached all eligible clubs, inviting them to cast their votes and participate actively in the association’s democratic process.
