Pakistan passport ranking 2025 Pakistan’s passport has improved significantly in the Henley Passport Index 2025, rising from 113th in 2021 to 100th. This marks a 13-rank jump and highlights stronger diplomatic efforts.

Henley & Partners, a global citizenship advisory firm, released the rankings. It shows Pakistan’s progress in international relations. Citizens can now access 32 countries visa-free or with visa-on-arrival.

Visa Deal with UAE Boosts Pakistan’s Passport Score

The agreement to waive visas between Pakistan and the UAE is a major contributor to this improvement. Official and diplomatic passport holders from both nations are permitted to travel without a visa under the agreement. It removes the hassle of pre-travel paperwork.

Deputy Prime Minister Ishaq Dar shared the news on X (formerly Twitter). He said the agreement deepens ties between Islamabad and Abu Dhabi. Officials finalized the deal at the 12th Pakistan-UAE Joint Ministerial Commission, where both nations signed an MoU on visa exemption.

New Opportunities Through Stronger Diplomacy

This agreement will promote frequent high-level visits and boost cooperation in trade, tourism, and security. It also builds trust between the two countries.

Pakistan passport ranking rises to 100th in 2025
