State Bank Launches PSPC Trainee Program with Rs. 80,000 Monthly Post-Training Salary

Islamabad, 21 May 2025 – Applications are now open for the PSPC Trainee Program as Pakistan Security Printing Corporation (Pvt.) Ltd., a subsidiary of the State Bank of Pakistan, initiates the third phase of its Leadership Induction Program (PLIP).

The PSPC Trainee Program is crafted to offer aspiring young graduates a structured path into careers in management and engineering, aiming to cultivate future leaders for key national institutions.

As per the official statement, the PSPC Trainee Program 2025 offers hands-on training and practical exposure to fresh graduates. Applications are open until 2 June 2025.

Successful candidates will be inducted as Management Trainees or Trainee Engineers, based on their academic qualifications.

Who Can Apply?

Eligibility Criteria:

  • Education: Minimum 16 years of formal education in relevant fields
  • Age Limit:
    • General maximum age: 26 years
    • Age relaxation: Up to 3 years for applicants from Ex-FATA, Gilgit Baltistan, Balochistan, and AJK
    • For PSPC internal non-management staff: Age limit is 50 years

Eligible Disciplines:

  • For Management Trainee Positions:
    • Degrees in Business & Public Administration, Social Sciences, Economics, Commerce, Accounting, Finance, Information Systems, Human Resources, Mathematics, ACCA, CA, or equivalent fields
  • For Trainee Engineer Positions:
    • Degrees from PEC-recognized programs in Mechanical, Electrical, Chemical, Civil, Electronics, Mechatronics Engineering, Industrial & Manufacturing, Product Design, Chemistry, Fine Arts (Printmaking, Multimedia)

Salary & Benefits

  • Training Stipend: Rs. 40,000/month
  • Post-Training Salary: Rs. 80,000/month at the Assistant Manager scale, with added benefits
