The Pakistan Freelancers Association (PAFLA) and the Special Investment Facilitation Council (SIFC) have signed a major agreement. This deal will help over 50,000 Pakistani freelancers every year by providing dedicated co-working spaces across Pakistan.

Innovista, a key arm of SIFC, will lead the initiative alongside PAFLA. The goal is to improve digital infrastructure and provide Pakistani freelancers with essential tools and resources.
The program includes access to training modules, financial literacy programs, and global client networks. It focuses especially on youth and women in underserved regions.
PAFLA Chairman Ibrahim Amin stressed the value freelancers bring. He noted that they generate foreign exchange and promote economic self-sufficiency. He added that freelancers deserve the same level of support as traditional industries.
Innovista CEO and inspiration for Pakistani freelancers Hisham Sarwar said the platform will offer digital tools, learning content, and networking support. He believes this will unlock Pakistan’s full potential in the global freelance market.
