KARACHI — A major Serene Air flight delay caused disruption at Jinnah International Airport on Saturday after the aircraft aborted takeoff three times due to a technical malfunction. Scheduled to depart at 4 a.m., the flight was rescheduled for 1 p.m., leaving passengers tired and furious.

Multiple Takeoff Failures Leave Travelers Upset

The plane attempted to take off three separate times but returned to the runway each time because of ongoing technical issues. The repeated failures left passengers distressed. Many crowded the departure lounge, questioning airline staff and demanding clear explanations.

“We boarded and disembarked three times with no proper updates,” said one agitated passenger. “People were hungry, exhausted, and mentally drained.”

Passengers Clash with Airline Staff Over Delays

As the waiting period stretched on, tempers flared. Several heated arguments broke out between passengers and airline personnel. Airport security had to intervene to keep the situation under control. Some passengers threatened to cancel their tickets and requested full refunds due to the prolonged uncertainty.

Grounded 3 Times! Serene Air Sparks Outrage After Shocking Takeoff Failure

Serene Air Acknowledges Technical Problem

Serene Air issued a public statement confirming that a mechanical issue was responsible for the failed takeoff attempts. The airline stressed that their maintenance team was working diligently to resolve the problem. “Passenger safety is our top priority,” the statement said. “We apologize for the inconvenience and are ensuring a safe departure.”

Updated Departure Time Shared with Passengers

By late morning, the airline announced a new estimated departure time of 1 p.m., depending on the completion of repairs and safety checks. No medical emergencies were reported during the delay.

Questions Raised About Airline’s Procedures

The Serene Air flight delay has raised serious concerns about aircraft maintenance and how the airline manages communication during disruptions. Travelers hope the airline reviews its processes and improves its emergency response in future situations.

As a result of the Serene Air flight delay, frustrated passengers now demand greater transparency, faster communication, and stricter safety protocols. Moreover, many believe the airline must act quickly to regain public trust. Therefore, Serene Air should prioritize timely maintenance, deliver clear updates, and enhance customer care. By doing so, they can prevent future disruptions and ensure every passenger enjoys a safer, smoother, and more reliable travel experience.
