JEONJU, SOUTH KOREA – Pakistan netball semifinal Pakistan’s youth netball team powered through a dominant 79–39 victory against Japan in their fourth match of the Asian Youth Girls Netball Championship 2025, held Monday at Jeonju Hwasan Gymnasium. This decisive win clinched their place in the semi-finals.
Commanding Lead from the Outset
Pakistan seized control right from the opening quarter, ensuring a strong start. They led 16–9 by the end of the first quarter and extended that lead to 39–17 by halftime. They maintained their momentum, widening the gap to 60–26 after the third quarter and closing the match emphatically.

The team’s smooth offense and solid defense came from standout efforts by players including Leya Raza Shah, Alisha Naveed, Haleema, Sarina Hussain, Jasmine Farooq, Farah Rasheed, Amani, Parisa, Sumayya Ahmed, and Alina. Their combined energy and execution powered the team’s commanding performance.
