Pakistan netball win South Korea. Pakistan’s youth girls netball team delivered a dominant performance on Sunday. They crushed host nation South Korea with a stunning 91-6 win at the Asian Youth Netball Championship 2025 in Jeonju. It marked their third straight victory, securing the top spot in Pool B.
Right from the start, Pakistan took full control. They jumped to a 23-2 lead in the first quarter. By halftime, they had extended the score to 45-3. In the third quarter, the lead soared to 70-4. Finally, they wrapped up the match at 91-6, leaving no room for a comeback.
Young Athletes Shine in a Powerful Display
Several players stood out with their exceptional skills. Among them were Leya Raza Shah, Alisha Naveed, Haleema, Sarina Hussain, Jasmine Farooq, Farah Rasheed, Amani, Parisa, Sumayya Ahmed, and Alina. Their teamwork and precision proved too strong for South Korea to counter.

What’s Next for Team Pakistan
Pakistan’s group stage campaign consists of two remaining matches: one against Japan on Monday and another against the Maldives on Tuesday. The competition, which is held in Jeonju Hwasan Gymnasium from June 27 to July 4, splits eleven teams into two groups.
India, Hong Kong, Singapore, Malaysia, and Sri Lanka make up Group A.
China, Taiwan, Japan, South Korea, Pakistan, Saudi Arabia, and the Maldives make up Group B.
Momentum Builds After Powerful Opening Wins
With three consecutive victories and a commanding lead in Pool B, Pakistan is rapidly becoming a leading contender for the championship title. Earlier in the tournament, Pakistan defeated Saudi Arabia 71-15 and then Chinese Taipei 56-32.
