The event gathered ambassadors, high commissioners, and diplomats from many countries. It reflected Pakistan’s ongoing commitment to strong and friendly international relations.

The purpose of the reception was to share the spirit and joy of Eid ul Adha with the diplomatic community. President Zardari warmly welcomed the envoys, offering Eid greetings in a cordial and inclusive atmosphere.

Highlighting the Spirit of Eid

In his brief address, President Zardari stressed the importance of Eid ul Adha. He described it as a festival that promotes sacrifice, compassion, and unity. These values, he said, are shared across cultures and religions.

The President also pointed out that such gatherings build bridges between nations. They allow for mutual understanding and create goodwill beyond political boundaries.
