Islamabad, Pakistan – Young Education Leader In a remarkable achievement, Ms. Kanwal Bijoro has emerged as the youngest female CEO in Pakistan’s education industry. With deep roots in a small village in District Sanghar, Sindh, she began her academic journey in Tando Adam and later advanced her education in the capital, Islamabad.

Journey from Sanghar to the Capital

Born in Sindh’s District Sanghar, Kanwal Bijoro grew up in a community where educational access, especially for girls, was scarce. Despite these limitations, she remained committed to her studies, finishing her foundational education in Tando Adam. With the support of her family and her own determination, she moved to Islamabad to pursue higher education opening the door to broader opportunities.

Educational Path and Career Growth

Upon arriving in Islamabad, Kanwal immersed herself in academic life and leadership programs. She attended a reputable institution where she gained insights into modern education systems and how to bridge educational gaps in rural areas. Her personal experiences and exposure in the capital led her to realize the vast disparity between rural and urban educational access, fueling her mission to serve underserved communities.

Founder and CEO of Indus Educational Services Pakistan

Driven by a strong vision for student empowerment, Kanwal launched Indus Educational Services Pakistan. As its founder and CEO, she built a platform that supports students with career counseling, university admissions, and academic guidance, both locally and abroad.

The organization focuses on guiding students through every step from selecting the right academic path to preparing documentation and visa applications. Kanwal leads with compassion and precision, ensuring students feel confident in pursuing their educational goals.

Her organization offers special services for students from low-income areas and minority communities. With equal access and non-discriminatory policies, she aims to uplift students who would otherwise miss out on academic opportunities.

Future Goals: Establishing Boarding Schools for Sindh’s Youth

Kanwal plans to open boarding schools and colleges in Islamabad and Murree, especially for students from Sindh. Her goal is to develop institutions that blend academic excellence with leadership, discipline, and character development.

These future campuses will include extracurricular programs and focus on nurturing well-rounded individuals. She envisions a system where children from villages receive the same quality education as students in urban centers.

A Role Model for Young Women

Kanwal Bijoro’s rise as the youngest female CEO in Pakistan’s education sector sends a powerful message to young women across the country. Her journey from a rural village to the boardroom proves that dedication, vision, and education can transform lives.

Overcoming Barriers with Strength

Kanwal faced numerous challenges in launching her organization. From earning trust to handling financial hurdles, she remained undeterred. She also had to confront deep-rooted gender biases, especially as a young entrepreneur from a conservative region.

She has actively collaborated with local schools, NGOs, and student societies to conduct free workshops, career counseling seminars, and motivational sessions. These initiatives have reached hundreds of students, especially in underdeveloped districts of Sindh. Her outreach programs aim to equip students with soft skills, confidence, and academic clarity. Additionally, Kanwal advocates for digital literacy and is working to introduce online learning platforms to rural schools. Her long-term vision includes forming partnerships with global educational institutions to bring international standards of learning to Pakistan.
